Yes, we took earplugs and AC/DC were fantastic. My kids are 14, nearly 12 and 9 and I think if you don't do these things with them now before you know it they will have left home. Caught up now on previous posts. Loved the post of MOTH's favourite Auntie's. Actually in the paper in Melbourne I think it was yesterdays paper they had a story on a lady who was 102 and she was going to the AC/DC concert. Didn't really know the music, was a classic pianist and was looking forward to the concert so much despite the horror of her family. I think maybe she was in for a bit of a rude shock!!!! But good on her for wanting to experience something different at her age, or any age for that matter. I am in full agreement with you. I want to always think young. I think that's where a lot of people go wrong. Just sitting in a nursing home waiting to die. Now onto St. Valentine's day. Had to laugh....you are lucky, I'm sure the red dress would still fit you, my husband raves about the top and skirt he saw me in when I was working. If I tried to fit into it now I would have a asthma attack. I think it's great that you can celebrate St. Valentine's Day with a special meal. Anyway, better go as the microwave just told me my milk coffee is ready!!
Take care
Janine
XXOO
N.W.
