Happy Halloween!

Witches flying past on broomsticks

Black cats leaping here and there

White-robed spooks on every corner

Mournful moaning in the air

Goblins peering out of windows

Spirit-things that rap and run

But don't be scared - it's just October

Having one last hour of fun

  1. Gosh I dream about standing in front of a Dean & Deluca one day - every since Felicity used to work at one, I have thought it must be the most beautifully styled shop.
And, of course I would get one of these gorgeous cookies ... who could resist xx

  2. Aren't they just gorgeous! Ooh I could eat one right now! I have palmed my boys off to Gran for 2 nights as I am working this weekend. I feel a bit guilty that they have no idea what halloween is and what they are missing out on. Mean mother... weren't allowed a computer game until oldest was 9 years of age! A-M xx

  3. Hello Millie yummy, scrummy, I went to Dean and Deluca once in New York, what a fab place it was many many moons ago. Oooh sit down we can have some tea and I will have a ......witch to nibble on....while I am drinking my tea and eating your biscuits...I want to say...Thankyou for your beautiful, warming comment, you cheered my evening, and I shed some tears of joy at the words from your heart, how kind and thoughtful of you to write...I hope we can get to know each other better over more cups of tea....I'm off to read some more of your interesting posts...
    Have a beautiful weekend.
